WHY DOES THE BALM THICKEN IN WINTER?
Lanolab is 100% natural and you might struggle during colder weather to extract the balm out of the tube.
TIP: Keep the balm in your pocket during winter, with your body temperature keeping it at the right consistency, you should not struggle to apply.
The balm will have a thinner consistency during summer if left in a very warm place and in winter you might find it is a bit difficult to get the balm out of the tube. It is best to store your tube in a dry place at room temperature.
IS LANOLAB SAFE TO USE FOR BABIES?
Lanolab is safe to use while breastfeeding and on babies’ bottoms as it is non-
toxic for both mother and baby. You do not have to wipe it before breastfeeding.
Moms have been using lanolin for years for soothing sore and cracked nipples.
Papaya extract is plant based and has many healing properties. It might have a
slight bitter taste, but it is safe and protecting on the skin.

IS LANOLAB ANTI CRUELTY CERTIFIED AND SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?
None of the raw materials as well as the finished products, have been tested on animals.One of our ingredients is lanolin which is a by-product obtained from sheep’s wool after the sheep has been sheared. It must be noted that no sheep are harmed when extracting lanolin from sheep’s wool.This natural oil has super-moisturising properties, which is why Lanolab is so effective for treating dry, chapped areas, like lips, heels, and elbows.
CAN I BE ALLERGIC TO LANOLAB?
People with sensitive skin conditions and allergies should always perform a patch test first for 72 hours or consult their medical practitioner if they are not sure as they may be more susceptible to the effects of lanolin which is one of our natural ingredients in our products. Should you have an allergic reaction please stop use immediately and consult your GP.
